In the Supplier & Contract Management team, you will help steer on the quality of the delivered IT service. The CTO organisation delivers enabling services in infrastructure, system management & reporting and service reporting tooling. The quality and cost of the delivered service needs to stay in control.
The S&CM team performs activities on Service Level Management, Supplier Management and Contract Management. All capabilities are quite new in the current WoW and we need to build on maturity.
You will set up the operational execution and governance on Service Level Management and Supplier Management. You will analyse supplier performance and set out and monitor appropriate actions.
Supplier Governance is also your focus area. Making sure that the manditory governance is in place and followed. Up to date OLA and OMA documents are managed and in place.
