We are seeking an experienced ERP Business Consultant to lead a critical system migration following an asset transfer. The assignment involves transitioning the organization from MFG/Pro to ProAlpha, utilizing an existing ProAlpha environment and ensuring seamless continuity of all business processes. The consultant will be responsible for process mapping, gap analysis, master data migration, and targeted ERP localization where required. Additionally, the role includes developing and delivering user training, managing system and user acceptance testing (UAT), and embedding forms and controls into the new environment. A second project phase includes the deployment of the CS and PS modules within ProAlpha, ensuring that all relevant activities identified in phase one are fully integrated and operational. Required:  • Extensive experience managing ERP migration projects end‑to‑end. • Strong project management skills with proven ability to coordinate stakeholders and resources. Preferred:  • Fluency in German. • In‑depth knowledge of ProAlpha ERP, particularly in migration or module deployment contexts.
