# About Us We are a fast-growing online community in the financial education space with a large and active member base. We run paid advertising campaigns on Meta at scale to grow our community and generate leads daily. We operate with clear systems and a results-driven culture where ownership and execution are everything. ## The Role We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketer who can both run ads themselves and manage the broader paid advertising operation. This is a full-time role — you will be actively running Meta campaigns as a media buyer while also overseeing ad account management, asset infrastructure, and performance tracking. You will work directly with the founder, follow established processes, and take full ownership of the advertising function. We will onboard you into our way of working, but you need to bring strong Meta advertising experience from day one. This is a fully remote position. Full-time availability and commitment are required. # What You Will Be Responsible For **Media Buying** - Running and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns on a daily basis - Testing creatives, audiences, and placements to drive down costs per lead - Scaling winning campaigns and cutting underperformers quickly **Ad Account & Asset Management** - Managing multiple ad accounts across our advertising infrastructure - Ensuring ad accounts are always active, funded, and running without interruption - Setting up and maintaining the required Meta assets to support campaign activity **Performance Tracking & Reporting** - Monitoring daily ad spend and lead volume - Tracking key performance metrics and identifying trends - Reporting to the founder on performance, issues, and opportunities **Team Coordination** - Working alongside and coordinating with other media buyers where applicable - Holding yourself and others accountable to performance standards # What We Are Looking For **Must-haves** - Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on Meta advertising experience as a media buyer - Proven track record of running lead generation campaigns at scale - Strong understanding of Meta's advertising ecosystem — ad accounts, Business Managers, pixels, and campaign structures - Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns and accounts simultaneously - Proactive and ownership-driven — you solve problems before they escalate - Fully remote-ready with reliable equipment and internet connection **Nice to have** - Experience in the financial education, trading, or online community space - Familiarity with automation or reporting tools - Experience managing or coordinating other media buyers # What We Offer - Full-time remote position — work from anywhere - Direct collaboration with the founder - Clear onboarding and systems provided - A fast-moving, performance-driven environment - Competitive compensation based on experience ## How to Apply Include the following: 1. What your responsibilities will be: Media Buying Daily execution and optimization of meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) Testing creatives, target audiences, and placements to lower the cost per lead Scale up winning campaigns and quickly stop poorly performing campaigns Management of advertising accounts & assets Managing multiple advertising accounts within our advertising infrastructure Ensuring that advertising accounts are always active, funded, and operational Setting up and maintaining the necessary meta-assets to support campaign activities Tracking & reporting Daily monitoring of advertising spending and lead volume Tracking key performance indicators and identifying trends Report to the founder on performance, problems, and opportunities Team coordination Collaborate with and coordinate with other media buyers where applicable Holding yourself and others accountable for performance standard What we are looking for: Must-haves (mandatory) Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on meta-ad experience as a media buyer Demonstrable experience executing large-scale lead generation campaigns Strong understanding of the meta-ad ecosystem — ad accounts, Business Managers, pixels, and campaign structures Very organized and capable of managing multiple campaigns and accounts simultaneously Proactive and driven by ownership — you solve problems before they escalate Fully remote-ready with reliable equipment and internet connection Nice to have (preference) Experience in financial education, trading, or online community spaces Familiarity with automation or reporting tools Experience managing or coordinating other media buyers What we offer Full-time remote position — work from any location Direct collaboration with the founder Clear onboarding and provided systems A fast-moving, performance-driven environment Competitive compensation based on experience How to apply: Mention the following: 1.
