Objective Set up an automated CSAT survey at ticket closure, with response data written back into Salesforce and simple dashboards in Salesforce and Qualtrics. The solution must be stable, lightweight, and maintainable internally without recurring consultancy for small Salesforce changes. Trigger Setup Automatic survey email sent when a Salesforce ticket closes (all closure flows); Exclude spam; Fallback: static survey link in outgoing emails if automation is not feasible. 2. Qualtrics - SF integration API/connector Authentication Field mapping Error handling 3. Data Write‑Back Automatic write‑back of CSAT (1-5), heard/helped (1-5), optional comment Responses must link to the correct ticket. Data model must be simple and maintainable. e.g.: when we want to exclude other tickets apart from 'spam', that should be easily realised without having to call upon consultancye exertise. 4. Reporting: Basic dashboards in Salesforce and Qualtrics showing CSAT trend over time, nr of responses over time, score distribution; Must be editable by internal teams without external support. Non functionals: Robust against small Salesforce changes (fields, flows), No custom code unless unavoidable. Clear handover. Deliverabled: Working automated trigger, functional Qualtrics Salesforce integration, data write back to ticket, basic dashboards out of scope: Context creation (we provide it), broader CRM or Qualtrics redesign, complex analytics rfp: Fixed price or capped hours offer, timeline, prerequisites, dependencies on our team(s)
