The Role: Where AI strategy meets execution reality This role operates within a central AI transformation or digital leadership function responsible for driving enterprise-wide AI adoption across multiple business domains. You will work across a broad portfolio of AI initiatives, typically spanning multiple business units, technology domains, and maturity levels. The core challenge is not identifying use cases. It is ensuring the right things get built, scaled, and embedded into the organization. You will operate in a high-complexity environment where prioritization, alignment, and execution discipline determine whether AI creates isolated success cases, or sustained enterprise value. You will be responsible for ensuring that AI moves through the entire lifecycle: from opportunity identification → prioritization → execution → adoption → value realization.
