Role overview
Help design and implement an Insider Threat programme, with a focus on monitoring AI agents, User and Entity Behaviour Analytics (UEBA), governance, tool evaluation, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate workshops and interviews to gather stakeholder requirements for monitoring AI agents.
• Define policies, procedures, and playbooks for monitoring AI agents and helping prevent unsafe behaviour.
• Contribute to programme tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement.
Eisen
• 6-10 years experience with cybersecurity principles, ideally in Insider Threat / Detection
• Familiarity with UEBA, SIEM, or security analytics tools
• AI experience 3-5 years
Wensen
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, ideally in Insider Threat / Detection
• Strong understanding of AI agents monitoring
• Familiarity with UEBA, SIEM, or security analytics tools
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Experience and knowledge of the European financial services regulatory environment
• Experience in AI agents monitoring would be essential
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
